Ascension BPM is an extension of our CEO’s vision to provide sustainable career opportunities to Saint Lucians. Zephrina Cazaubon began her career as an entry-level employee in a local bank. She soon realized she would have to leave Saint Lucia to get the training and education necessary for a career as a certified public accountant. After building several CPA firms in the United States, she returned to Saint Lucia, bought the former bank building, and refurbished it to become a secure business process management facility.
Our bespoke services rely on highly trained personnel to deliver white glove service to selective clients who trust Ascension BPM to deliver uncompromising results.

She brings the refreshing discipline of a CPA to the leadership team, but her mission is to provide growth opportunities for Saint Lucians and her clients. She is the only native of Saint Lucian to invest in creating an outsourcing provider for Saint Lucians.

Ascension BPM in Saint Lucia
Located in downtown Soufriere, our three-story facility can accommodate about 350 experts including executive offices, two training rooms, staff huddle rooms, and conference rooms. The newly refurbished building offers redundant power services and business recovery capabilities, including high-speed fiber internet (99%+) uptime) using two ISP providers with microwave links in the event of service disruption. A generator is on standby to provide uninterrupted power for two days.
