Ascension BPM Unveils New Saint Lucia Facility

Company To Employ Hundreds of Local Professionals

Soufriere, Saint Lucia, March 21, 2024 – Ascension BPM today unveiled its new facility in the heart of Soufriere, Saint Lucia where it will hire hundreds of local professionals to support clients’ complex business process management and back office administrative services.

CEO and founder, Zephrina Cazaubon was joined by the Deputy Prime and Minister of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and information, the Hon. Dr. Ernest Hilaire; the Minister of Commerce, Manufacturing, Business Development, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs, the Honorable Emma Hippolyte; Soufriere Mayor Cletus Didier as well as local business leaders and Ascension staff.

“This is indeed an honor to be able to welcome these dignitaries to our new facility as we formally launch Ascension BPM,” said Mrs. Cazaubon, “A hallmark of Saint Lucia business is our ability to anticipate fluctuating business demands and provide affordable alternatives. We’re delivering a fresh perspective to solve the back-office business and administrative challenges of our clients while also utilizing the expertise of local team members.”

The facility, located on Bridge Street, is a refurbished bank that can house 350 employees. The three-story building also has training facilities, lunchroom facilities and huddle areas for team members and houses Ascension BPM’s executive and human resources offices, including recruiting and training. As part of the building’s refurbishment, a rooftop restaurant was added that will operate independently from Ascension BPM.

“Saint Lucia continues to welcome professional service providers and we are delighted that a Saint Lucian citizen has joined in creating investment and employment opportunities for our people,” said Prime Minister Pierre.

Team members began working from the Soufriere facility in March and the company recently held its inaugural job fair where it attracted hundreds of applicants.

“Ascension BPM will create hundreds of jobs as well as compounding economic spin-off benefits right here in Soufriere,” said Minister Hippolyte, who is also the local district representative. “We have the local talent and infrastructure to compete on a global scale.”
