Ascension BPM Job Fair Scheduled for February 28

Soufriere Company To Employ Hundreds of Local Professionals

Soufriere, St. Lucia, February 20, 2024 Ascension BPM will be conducting its inaugural job fair on Wednesday, February 28th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its new facility on Bridge Street in the heart of Soufriere.  

CEO and company founder, Zephrina Cazaubon, is encouraging ambitious and dedicated St. Lucians to refresh their resumes and attend the event to discuss career opportunities with company representatives.

“Since we are preparing to open our facility and begin operations in Soufriere, there will be several opportunities for St. Lucians to launch or build their careers,” said Ms Cazuabon. “We will be hiring entry-level staff as well as experienced personnel.”    

Some of the positions Ascension BPM will be recruiting for include:

  • Bookkeepers.
  • Junior Accountants.
  • Senior Accounts.
  • Human Resource representatives, including recruiters, trainers, and HR generalists.
  • Customer Service representatives.
  • Administrative staff.  

The facility, located on Bridge Street, is a refurbished bank that can house 350 employees. The three-story facility also has training facilities and a rooftop restaurant for team members as well as housing Ascension BPM’s executive and human resources offices.
